📩 Job title: Head - Human Resources, Tata Trusts

📍 Location: Mumbai

🧳 Experience: Min 15-20 years of experience in Social Sector in HR.

💲Salary/Stipend: Compensation shall be in line with industry standards.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • MBA or post-graduate degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from top tier institutions.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop and execute the People & culture strategy and foster positive & inclusive workspace culture. Contribute to the development and achievement of Trusts medium and long-term strategy, ensuring effective inclusion of key people and culture considerations.
  • Develop, implementation and oversee the HR practices including but not limited to Talent Management, Performance & rewards, Learning and Engagement and Internal Communications for Tata Trusts and its affiliated organizations.
  • Accountable for the entire HR and related statutory & legal compliances at the Trusts and its affiliated organizations.
  • Institutionalize best in class HR policies & processes and SOP in the philanthropic sector and maintain uniformity of practices at the Trusts and it affiliated organizations.
  • Responsible for providing input/advice to the Senior management on all related subjects as and when required expenses are exercised.
  • Partner with function heads to enhance employee centric policies and practices.
  • Ensure optimal budgetary controls on HR expenses are exercised.
  • Implement an integrated HRMS system to build a centralized HR database and aid data decision making based on Analytics.
